What Is A VA?
A VA or Virtual Assistant is a person who provides business admin support to individuals and businesses who are being swamped with paperwork, as and when you need them. They work remotely, so there is no need to find office space for them to carry out their tasks on your behalf.
What Does A VA Do?
A VA is there to support you with any normal administration duties from creating Powerpoint presentations to managing your busy diary.
Do I Need A VA?
This is a decision only you can make. If you have admin tasks that take you away from your other business commitments, we can help, freeing you up to do the things you want or need to do. Leaving you with the knowledge that they are being completed efficiently and in complete confidence, by an experienced individual. Whether you have a 'one-off' project or need ongoing support, a VA can be a vital cog in a well oiled machine.
Who Uses A VA?
Many people use a VA, from Sole Traders who may not have the software expertise or budget to employ a member of staff, to a CEO of a major corporation needing an urgent report for the next board meeting.
How Do I Submit Work?
Work can be submitted in many ways, depending on your circumstances and setup. The most common ways are email, shared folder on a cloud application i.e. Dropbox, or the good old postal service for non urgent assignments. How Much Do You Charge?
My charges vary depending on your requirements. Datawizardadmin can agree an overall cost for one-off projects or an hourly rate for ongoing support and longer term work. Just give us a call to discuss what support you need and I will be happy to provide a quotation.
Do You Do Work For Charities?
Yes. Datawizardadmin likes to support registered charities to recognise the hard work they do within their communities and offer a reduced rate for any work carried out on their behalf. Simply provide your charity number when you request a quotation and a discount will be applied.
Is It Confidential?
OF COURSE! All work carried out is confidential and completed under a signed contract. If you would like us to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement for added piece of mind, Lyn is more than happy to do so.
